Half-Day Wine Country Tour :

Embark on our Half-Day Wine Country Tours departing from Stop #1 at 12:30 pm. This 6-hour experience commences just past midday, taking you on a scenic journey northward across the Golden Gate Bridge and through the charming town of Sausalito. Upon reaching wine country, you’ll have the pleasure of visiting two distinct wineries, each offering 3-5 tastings of their signature blends. All tasting fees are included in the tour price.

What sets this tour apart is the exclusive estate tour, providing an intimate glimpse into the inner workings of the wineries. Led by an expert wine host, you’ll delve into the family history of Napa and Sonoma Valley, exploring the fermentation process, barrel aging, bottling, and savoring award-winning varietals.

As the day unfolds, enjoy a scenic drive back over the iconic Golden Gate Bridge, with the sun gracefully setting into the Pacific Ocean, concluding your journey at Stop #1 in San Francisco.

Wine Country Return Coach Journeys :

Both full-day and half-day Wine Country tours include return coach journeys between San Francisco and Wine Country. Wine Country tours start and end at Big Bus Tours Stop #1 (99 Jefferson Street, San Francisco, CA 94133). Please arrive 30 minutes in advance of your Wine Country tour departure time. During the journey, your tour guide will provide live narration about the spectacular sights of the bay area, including the Golden Gate Bridge and Sausalito. You’ll also learn more about the history of winemaking in the rolling hillsides of Napa and Sonoma.

Full-Day Wine Country Tour :

Embark on our Full-Day Wine Country Tours departing from Stop #1 at 8:30 am.

This extensive 9-hour journey takes you to three esteemed winery partners – Madonna Estates, Muscardini Cellars, Sutter Home, and Ru Vango Winery. Each winery visit provides approximately an hour for exclusive wine tastings (3-5 per winery), estate tours, and insights into grape growing, natural farming, and wine-making techniques. All tasting fees are comprehensively included in the tour price.

During lunchtime, you’ll make a stop at the historic downtown Sonoma Square, where you’ll have free time to explore or savor a delightful lunch. The area offers an array of dining options, unique boutique shops, and local art galleries.

As the day unfolds, relish a scenic drive back over the iconic Golden Gate Bridge, with the sun gracefully setting into the Pacific Ocean, bringing your unforgettable journey to a close at Stop #1 in San Francisco.

Please note that missed tours may not be rescheduled, and availability is limited.
