About the Everglades :

The Everglades, a distinctive wetland ecosystem in southern Florida, spans 5,000 square miles of languid water, fostering expansive grasslands, dense forests, and a myriad of wildlife. Often recognized as the ‘River of Grass,’ this swampy expanse forms boundless prairies of sawgrass, standing 3 to 10 feet above the water’s surface. Navigating through the dense sawgrass requires traversing shallow natural water passages, prompting the use of the iconic flat-bottomed Florida airboats. Renowned for its diverse avian population, the Everglades is home to species like the roseate spoonbill, great blue heron, and various egrets. The aquatic realm hosts alligators, American crocodiles, soft-shelled turtles, and an array of fish, including red terrier, largemouth bass, redfish, and catfish. Beyond the waters, the Everglades National Park shelters terrestrial inhabitants such as deer, the endangered Florida panther, and an assortment of over 28 snake species.

Everglades Tour: Departures and Tour Itinerary :

Embark on the Everglades Experience tour with departures at 8:30 am and 2:00 pm from Stop #3 in Miami Beach (Soundscape Park, 1680 Washington Ave) or at 9:00 am and 2:30 pm from Stop #1 in Downtown Miami (Bayside Marketplace, 401 Biscayne Blvd). When purchasing, you’ll have the flexibility to select your preferred departure date, time, and location, as confirmed in your booking confirmation email. On the day of your adventure, kindly arrive 15 minutes before your chosen departure time. Should you need to modify your tour details, including the departure date, time, or location, you can easily manage your booking through our Booking Portal. The journey to the Everglades Holiday Park spans 45-60 minutes, with the total tour duration approximately lasting 4 hours.
