Prohibitions & Limitations

• The activity is not recommended: other serious medical conditions / pregnant women / elderly
• Pets are prohibited
• The legal drinking age in Thailand is age 20. Please bring a valid ID for proof of age
• Day pass not guaranteed seating
• You can Pre-book and Access the Restaurant with The Day Pass (2hours 15 minutes limits)
• This Package doesn’t included seating in a Private area such as Cabana or Bed, possibility to upgrade depending on availability.
• Yona’s kitchen is open from 12PM to 19PM, with the last order accepted for dinner at 6PM.
• Clients are not allowed to bring alcohol, soft or food on board
• Restaurant access is subject to availability, reservation is highly recommended
• Restaurant access priority is given to customers with reservations
• Guest under the age of 20 years old must be accompanied by parent or guardian.
• Drugs and weapons are prohibited on board
• Jumping on trampoline beds is not allowed, for the safety of all passengers.
• Jumping from the boat is prohibited
• Yona Beach reserve the right to exclude anyone not following the boat rules, putting himself or others at risk

• You’ll get confirmation within 24 hours. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.

Cancellation policy

• You’ll get a full refund if you cancel at least 72 hour(s) before the activity starts
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• No refunds or changes will be given to latecomers and no-shows, and to those who were denied service for refusing to follow the rules and regulations of the operator

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

• Latecomers or no-shows can’t be refunded

• Patong Boat Pier: High Season (21 November- 21 April): 12 PM- 7 PM (From 9th December onward, 12 PM to 12 AM)
