Alcatraz Need-to-Know :

Important details for your Alcatraz visit:

Your ticket includes admission to Alcatraz and round-trip ferry transfers from Pier 33. After booking, kindly email adbiyastravel.com with your booking reference, preferred Alcatraz tour date, lead guest name, and names of all other guests in the booking (along with ages if under 18). Confirm this information at least 5 days before your visit; same-day bookings are not available.

Redeem your e-tickets at our 99 Jefferson St Information Center the day before (or by 10:00 am on the day of) your Alcatraz visit. Please ensure each adult in the group over 18 has a photo ID. Alcatraz tour times are confirmed once allocated and cannot be changed.
