• You must stop by the counter at the Kansai Airport Station or Namba Station and present the QR code displayed on the voucher to receive your ticket

Not included

• The ‘Super seat’ is not available; this ticket provides access to the ‘Regular seat’ on Rapi:t

Cancellation policy

• No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made
• Partial refund rules: In case of bad weather or train suspension, visit the redemption location with unredeemed tickets within 1 month to receive a refund directly
• Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can’t be refunded

Amendment Policy

• Only one train change is allowed before the departure of the assigned train

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid for 180 day(s) from the booking confirmation date. It expires at 23:59 on the last day
